CIMISA Electricidad has a quality management system certified by Lloyd’s following standard UNE EN ISO 9001:2015.

The most modern techniques are applied in our company for the product and process controls, this has earned us the recognition of our customers’ quality departments.

Quality and environment policy

The environment and its improvement is the responsibility of all the company members.

This involves:

  • A strict commitment to complying with the legal requirements of application and with other requirements that the organization would subscribe.
  • Dedication to continuously improve our performance and prevent contamination of both hazardous waste and any other environmental aspect, to achieve a mutually beneficial relationship with the environment that surrounds us and our adjacent neighbors.
  • Minimize our generation of waste and provide training and means to our employees to actively collaborate in this cause.
CIMISA Electricidad focus on the Quality and Environmental Management System (SGCMA) as a way to organize our business life, based on basic pillars such as the quality of our services and processes, continuous improvement of efficiency, customer satisfaction and proactivity caring of the environment that surrounds us.

We are a company with a long history in the field of electrical installations, founded in 2006 to serve the technical requirements requested, because of the progressive technological and normative advance, in the fields of Industry.

We serve a broad range of clients, from small and large industries like Builders, Promoters, Installers, Engineering Studies and Public Entities, both locally and regionally as well as nationally.

Therefore, from the Management, we have established a Quality and Environment Policy based on the following fundamentals and commitments:

  • The Quality, the Environment and their improvement is the responsibility for all the members of the company, starting with the Management itself.
  • Quality is an aspect in the desire to remain in a competitive position within the market.
  • Quality is obtained not by inspecting, but by planning, executing, revising and improving the SGCMA to prevent possible errors.
  • Quality is oriented towards the satisfaction of all our customers, through the commitment of the entire organization to comply the needs and requirements marked by these, as well as legal and regulatory requirements related to our service.
